- Before registering for the conference, you need to choose the type of accommodation.
- If you will be staying with another person in the room (your accompanying person or other participant(s)),
please enter their names in order to complete the registration during the registration period. - Questions regarding room reservation must be inquired to secretariat office, not hotel.
- Payment is only possible on-site when checking out.
